UGC शुल्क वापसी नीति

शिवालिक महाविद्यालय, गोंडा विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग (UGC) के दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार शुल्क वापसी नीति का पालन करता है। प्रवेश निरस्तीकरण की स्थिति में, शुल्क वापसी निम्न मानदंडों के अनुसार की जाएगी:

1	15 days or more before the formally-notified last date of admission	100% of fees collected (after deducting processing fee not exceeding ₹1,000)
2	Less than 15 days before the formally-notified last date of admission	90% of fees collected
3	15 days or less after the formally-notified last date of admission	80% of fees collected
4	30 days or less, but more than 15 days, after the formally-notified last date of admission	50% of fees collected
5	More than 30 days after the formally-notified last date of admission	No Refund

Important Notes / महत्वपूर्ण सूचनाएँ

शुल्क वापसी केवल लिखित आवेदन प्राप्त होने पर ही की जाएगी।
Refund will be processed only upon receipt of a written application to the college office.
The refund will be made within 15 working days of receiving the application.
Security deposit (if any) will be refunded in full at the time of leaving the institution.
शुल्क वापसी की गणना UGC के दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार ही की जाएगी।
In case of any dispute, the decision of the college management will be final.
