Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)

The Internal Complaints Committee is established at Shivalik Mahavidyalaya as per the guidelines of UGC and the Government of India to address complaints of sexual harassment and related grievances. It plays a proactive role in creating a safe, inclusive, and equitable campus environment by sensitizing stakeholders and addressing concerns promptly and fairly.

Complaint Handling Procedure

Complaints can be submitted via email or in writing to the Chairperson.
The Committee will initiate an inquiry within 7 working days.
All complaints are kept confidential and resolved as per UGC guidelines.
The ICC may also conduct awareness workshops and counselling sessions.
